Brasilazy provides a six months guarantee on material composition, seams and Velcro/zipper closure. Brasilazy warrants against normal wear and tear, however, damage due to customer accident or misuse can not be warranted. Warranty claims must be presented to Brasilazy in writing so that we may arrange an inspection. Our responsibility is limited to reasonable repair of the product or replacement if the product cannot be reasonably repaired.
